一種無添加劑的壽司醋,僅由釀造的醋,糖,鹽和海帶製成。可以直接用於醋。切蔬菜,將它們醃製成泡菜。一種多功能醋,當與番茄醬混合使用時,可以用作炒甜蝦料理用醬。
