Product Inspection Period
Except for perishable items with a short shelf life (which are close to expiration upon return/cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, opened audiovisual products or computer software, game points cards, other points cards, and opened personal hygiene products, which are not applicable under the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to Communication Transaction Dissolution Rights," aside from products with a 7-day inspection period, you have a 7-day product inspection period starting from the arrival of the goods at your hands (including holidays).
If you require a return, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide information such as "name," "order number," "contact phone number," "returned product name," "reason for return and photos," etc. After receiving the information, our customer service staff will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return and Exchange Instructions
Returned items must be unused and free from damage or malfunction caused by human factors. The 7-day inspection period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Act is only for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs, not a trial period for the product. If our store has prompted you, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer paper box), otherwise returns will not be accepted.
The following situations cannot be accepted for returns:
- The product inspection period of 7 days has passed.
- The product has been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: stains, malfunctions, damages, wear and tear, scratches, dirt.
- The packaging of the returned product is incomplete or damaged, or the invoice and accessories are incomplete.
- Malicious or large-scale returns.
Contact customer service → Confirm exchangeable → Prepare complete product and invoice → Provide pickup time, contact information, and address → Recollection will be handled by logistics commissioned by our end.
For bank transfer payments: After confirming the successful return, the refund will be directly credited to the original payment account.(Refund account needs to be confirmed by both parties to avoid disputes)
